Terms of Service
1. GENERALa. The Client must agree to all terms when commissioning the Artist. Paying the invoice for a commission will act as a signing the contract. All of the Artist's commission contracts are binding.b. The Artist reserves the right to alter these terms without any notice; any changes made will not affect clients who have agreed to previous terms.c. Artist reserves the right to decline a commission request before any payment has been made.d. The Client does not have the right to sell commissions by the Artist as Non-Fungible Token (NFT).e. The Client is not allowed to use a private commission for any commercial projects.f. All commissions are private unless discussed otherwise. The Client is not allowed to use a private commission for any commercial projects.2. PAYMENTS & PRICESa. Payments are made through PayPal invoice. All prices are shown and will be billed in EUR €. (PayPal will convert currencies automatically.)b. Prices are not negotiable unless otherwise stated.c. Payment must be sent within 72 hours after receiving an invoice. Not paying the invoice within the time limit will result in ban from all the Artist's further commission sales.d. Working with the commission does not start until full payment has been received for the Artist's own security.3. COMMISSION PROCESSa. The Client must provide a clear, brief description of the idea or concept, and a clear visual reference(s). The Client must also use bullet point listing when describing their commission, that eases the amount of work as checking things and preventing the Artist from missing anything.b. The Artist will provide the Client three (3) screenshots of the commission while working on it at different stages.
- Screenshots will be sent when the Artist has finished the initial sketch, flat colors and just before final edits.c. Any deadlines must be agreed upon during the discussion phase and before payment. Requesting the picture to be done to a tight deadline will incur extra cost. The exact amount will be discussed with the Client and depends on the specifics of each case.d. Any requirements must be mentioned and written in commission ordering description. Any afterward additional requirements, character changes, etc. will be charged for 10 EUR fee.
- If the Artist has made an error at drawing the character's design or is missing something that was requested in the ordering description, it will be fixed for free.e. Additional changes can only be requested before the Artist has finalized the commission. The Client may not ask for any changes after we have agreed that the commission is done and the Client has received the file(s).4. CANCELING & REFUNDSa. The Artist reserves the right to cancel the commission any time for any reason. If that happens, the Client will get a full monetary refund.b1. The Client acknowledges that they will not be entitled to a full refund if they cancel the commission themselves.b2. If the Client cancels the commission after paying the invoice the Artist will keep 75% of the money as a fine to compensate for lost time and effort. Additionally the Artist will keep the right to reuse the illustration if it has been already started.c. Refunds will be transferred as soon as is reasonably possible. In the event that the Artist has insufficient funds on their PayPal to refund immediately, the first following earnings transferred to the Artist's account will go towards the refund.5. ARTIST'S RIGHTSa. The Artist reserves copyright of commissioned artwork, it can be transferred when a full buyout price was discussed and paid.b. The Artist reserves rights to display commissioned artworks as show-case portfolios in public internet platforms or sites.6. COMMISSIONER'S RIGHTSa. The Client will be given a lifelong license to use the commissioned art on any non-profit use. (As wallpapers, icons, art prints, etc.)b. The Client can ask for a specific resolution/print size in the beginning.c. The Client can post the commissioned art anywhere on the internet.
